Just go here ! The service was the cherry on top of the phenomenal prices. Don’t go to Lowe’s or waist your time in gas going to Dothan … military family here and we wasted our time so you don’t have to … they were amazing with amazing prices( better than Lowe’s and on post ) and military friendly. Loving our washer and dryer ! The set up was included too which was a plus !
Great experience! Our clothes dryer gave up the ghost this morning. My wife and I agreed that I should try Brackin Appliances, instead of the Big Box Store that we normally would have. What a great shopping trip. The salesman answered all my questions, their inventory was very impressive, and the prices surprised be (I thought they would be much higher). We needed a Gas dryer and Brakin's was the only place that had one in stock.We also bought a new Washing machine.
This place is a life saver. After lowes had screwed up an order I was in a real bind to get a washing machine. I was in and out got exactly what I wanted, and it was in my home the next day. The whole thing took about 10 min and was actually cheaper than lowes.
Bought what they said was a new dryer over 1000.00, came with scratches and dents. Does not dry in one cycle and moisture builds up on the screen after each load, also charged me for a gas dryer and learned this due to having someone out to look at it, and showing them our receipt. purchase was made about 3 months ago
