Braden was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. Unfortunately the third party title company used by Mutual of Omaha was less than desirable. They seemed to be googling our names and anything that come up, ask us about, even though those didn't pertain to us. This went on far too long and made the over loan process drag on for over 2 months. By the time the loan was funded, the pay off amounts we'd given we no longer accurate, and now we have to deal with over paying loans and getting our money back.
Braden although he kept in touch with me everything he told me was lies instead of knowing the truth and telling me what was going on. I would not recommend Mutual of Omaha mortgage company to anybody they are by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with in all the years I've dealt with mortgage companies. Braden needs to be retrained on his position so he doesn't mislead his clients anymore. Horrible company
