The staff are all attentive , amazing and professional . Dr Patt is caring and so compassionate. Really listens . He has really helped me through challenging sinus problems . Not only is he the best ENT for our family but an excellent cosmetic surgeon . Would not go any other place.
Dr. Patt did an operation on me to help open up my air ways in my nose due to it being 100% plugged. After 2 long years of dealing with it, Dr. Patt took care of it. I feel like he has given me my life back and I can’t thank him and his staff enough! Will forever be grateful and will recommend him to anyone that can benefit from his practice.
Dr. Patt and his team were great with me Pre-op, during surgery and post-op. He fixed a mistake from a previous ENT surgeon at a different hospital, amazing service. I can breathe again!
Expertise was timely, caring and professional. I had been to primary care Dr and still felt awful. Dr. Patt found and treated the issue.
They called me yesterday and tried to have me reschedule for an earlier appointment. But I couldn’t make it. The woman on the phone tried to say she wasn’t sure if the doctor would still do the appointment. I explained the original appointment was really the only time I could make it. She changed her tone and went oh no okay! He’ll be there! That sketched me out from the beginning and made me feel like the doctor didn’t want to be there at my appointment time.
