Machines are dirty (I took pictures but there's no place to share those). It's gross. How are you supposed to feel like you are getting clean clothes when the machines are matted with hair, dirt and old detergent/fabric softener ? We were washing rugs but I wouldn't wash anything I was going to put on my body in their machines
