I wish the therapist had not let the Behavioral Health Counselor run his office or the appointment. This lady wanted to add new medication for my son and there is one already working. I got six weeks to come back and her team will definitly be fired. I have absolutely no trust in the Milwaukee County Behavioral Healthcare system when it comes to my only son.
My first experience went very well, my counselor was all ears for my issues and he made me feel heard and comfortable. His office felt very safe and comfortable to be open and expressive. It was a great experience and I look forward to coming back again.
