Brad seems good - analytical like me - positive and a lot of information - Hoping to get somewhere. The business side is a bit odd - payments got complicated pretty quick. Still curious how it will work out on the money side.
I feel there were insane amounts of confirmation texts/emails. I understand that the demographic that these services are geared toward may not be the most responsible people; but for someone like myself, I found it to be rather irritating. Also, the fact that these questionnaires were not given by anyone in person, but electronicly sent and filled out by the patient, made it seem extremely impersonal.
