Brady was very easy to work with. He was on my side from the beginning without trying. Also secure movements of documents in the cloud meant that I didn't have to search emails for attachments etc. My experience with a competing lender was a mess of moving parts that got to be too much. Keep it simple. Be helpful. Brady gets it.
