Came in at 10:15 pm to think every one was tired and ready to go home but not the experience I got with Terrence. Very energetic , and welcoming. It’s always good to see people who likes there job. Keep it up the good work.

First time here, very clean, and great customer service. Ugh, I forgot the woman upfront helping pack the food and doing the register I was there around (1:50) today ,but she was top tier. I mean very professional, was helpful when it came to ordering and she was on top of everything. Place is spotless (which not a lot of fast food places are), food is the best chicken tenders I have ever ever had. Went to the Dave's location in Franklin for the first time recently and knew I needed more. I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped into the braintree location, and I was not disappointed. My experience here was consistent in the best way with the Franklin location; the chicken was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the breading stayed on the chicken. This was my first time here and although the food was hot and prepared in decent time, it was just very tasteless, over fried and simply disappointing. I think Birdies Hot Chicken is wayy better.

I placed the order via DoorDash and everything tasted fresh! I really enjoyed my 2 sliders and for the heat I chose medium. The Mac and Cheese was good for a fast food restaurant! I will update my review once I visit this location! - Juvi 508 (YouTuber)
