Brandi is very professional and always makes sure my partner and I fully understand everything before we leave each visit. She takes her time, answers all of our questions, and responds in a timely manner whenever we need her. We are truly grateful to have a provider who cares so much about our little one. Thank you for taking such great care of my son and for always making us feel supported!
Dr. Brandi Brown is the most amazing Dr my son had, I was devastated when she left the Dr's office my son goes to 😭 If I lived closer I'd definitely start taking my baby to her. She is very understanding about things, she will take the time to answer all your questions, she is extremely gentle with children, if you think something may be wrong with your child she will see to try and figure it out. She's very sweet.
brandi is a great doctor. however the office she switched to is unprofessional and rude. i had 6 children with her and followed her to her new office. ive never had an issue before till we came to this new office. my kids are hispanic and are getting treated wrong but front staff. when my medicaid was cut i called communicated and even updated im waiting on my new insurance from my job to kick in and i would resch the appt. when i got my cards in i resch and everything was fine till i got a phone call from stephanie who was ... read more
Was very professional and detailed. Definitely feel like my son is in better hands.
She kicked my 1 yr old out with no explanation. I felt because he’s African American.. A baby that can’t even speak or defend himself and when I asked to speak with her she declined. I will be emailing hr. She has him banned from all St Joseph facilities. Luckily my physician said she’ll still accept him. 0/10 don’t recommend and she’s always booked when I needed to bring my son in and couldn’t tend to him.
