My husband and I found out we were expecting our first child and decided to start house hunting. We looked at a few pre-existing homes and decided to look at new construction. We weren’t having the best of luck and then decided to look at a Brandl Anderson model. We met Curt Sticha who told us he could build in our price range and have our house built in 4-5 months “no problem” and since we were in a time crunch we were over the moon with this answer. Summary version: July 12th-August 10th and I still have yet to have on single day where there hasn't been a problem with this home with no end in sight. To date I have had issues with: AC Electric Water Heater Carpet Electric again Venting Electric again Carpet again Electric again UPDATE 8/10 Brandl finally had the electrician replace all the disk lights in my home (it took 4 visits to get them to do so!) and so far the electric seems fixed. Our whole family loves our Brand-Anderson Home as well as the whole Brandle-Anderson Team. Our salesperson, Wilson Mills was incredible and we call him our friend. He went out of his way with patience, kindness and understanding. Jennifer Sexton is amazing. She helped us pick out colors, etc. for our home and Jennifer knows everything.
