First time to see Dr. Coy. He was very pleasant, kind and supportive of me with my medical issues. No rushing my appointment. He did an exam and then we talked about my choices of care and no pressure. He made sure I understood what was happening so I knew what to expect. The front office staff were so kind and helpful. Tristan the Medical Assistant was just outstanding. She really was helpful and kind. The whole office made me feel like a real person not a number.
