As a real estate professional, I've worked with many lenders, and unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating transactions I've experienced in dealing with Brandon Ferguson with Synergy One Lending. Communication was consistently poor from start to finish. There was little to no proactive communication, and despite multiple requests, we never received a clear loan timeline or meaningful updates until the transaction was on the verge of falling apart. Brandon Ferguson is hands down my go-to lender and has been an essential part in many successful closings for my clients! As a Realtor, it's important to stay on top of things and get buyers a pre-approval quickly and Brandon helps me do that. We've worked together on numerous deals, he always keeps me in the loop, is very efficient and great at communicating. I always recommend him to my sphere of influence and friends, and I even used him as the lender to purchase my own home. Highly recommend!
