I had called Dan’s office for an appointment. I got a call from Dan in couple hours. I was busy to answer the call. When I returned the call he was heading for a dinner with friends. He called me next morning as promised and started on the case. When he found out I am from DE, he immediately said I need a DE lawyer and sent me name of the lawyer. He was very respectful and nice to talk to. Even if I was not lucky to get his services, from my first impression I would recommend this lawyer to any one in need of his expertise

I reached out to Dan Monahan to inquire about a unique Estate Planning situation. Dan was honest that he didn’t have the expertise in this area and offered to reach out to his peers to find me the most qualified person. Dan followed through and worked on Saturday and Sunday to get me help. We have not setup a retainer yet but Dan has proved that he cared about my situation even though he might not be the one that’s going to provide the service.
