We moved in over the weekend of 9/20 and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the carpet and walls. There is pain and slime all over our carpets! Along with tears in pieces of the carpets and many other rough patches of who knows what. We had to shampoo the carpet before moving in and there was so much pet hair in the carpet that it clogged our shampooer! Keith Rhodes did an amazing job fixing my back door and had a great attitude about it. He got the materials needed for the project and didn’t waste any time. Very happy with the final product and definitely will be calling back if needed
Keith came today and fixed everything we needed quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very professional throughout the entire visit. Before leaving, he tested everything to make sure we were completely satisfied.
Keith Rhodes was incredible! He came to the house in a timely fashion and fixed our issues swiftly! He was so kind and made sure everything was done to a high standard and with integrity! No shortcuts or roundabout ways to fixing what was broken and I really appreciate that!!
TIM from maintenance is amazing ! Very friendly and very professional. He called me to let me know he may be running behind on a while and gave me the option to leave if I had errands to run! He fixed my water pressure in under ten minutes!
