RENTERS BEWARE! WORST HOME WE'VE LIVED IN! We moved in over the weekend of 9/20/2025 and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the carpet and walls. There is paint and slime all over our carpets! Along with tears in pieces of the carpets and many other rough patches of who knows what. We had to shampoo the carpet before moving in and there was so much pet hair in the carpet that it clogged our shampooer! Since moving into Brandywine Homes, we’ve had our fair share of interactions with their team. I have to say our maintenance tech Tim has been the absolute best so far.
