Keith did a fantastic job! He made sure that he addressed all of my concerns and even took me for a walk through after to show everything completed. He was so nice and patient. Completed everything in a timely manner and made sure it was done perfectly! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

RENTERS BEWARE! WORST HOME WE'VE LIVED IN! We moved in over the weekend of 9/20/2025 and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the carpet and walls. There is paint and slime all over our carpets! Along with tears in pieces of the carpets and many other rough patches of who knows what. We had to shampoo the carpet before moving in and there was so much pet hair in the carpet that it clogged our shampooer! We’ve had issues regarding the high temperature of our home for the last 2 months. Mind you we’re located in the DFW area here in Texas, so summers here average triple digit temperatures. BrandyWine Homes has sent out 8 different technicians to inspect the issue and submit a quote to them as soon as possible. Right after the 3rd technician team came I had figured they were trying to bid on the lowest price. Tim delivered outstanding service! He replaced my dishwasher, fixed the ice maker in my fridge, and resolved my water heater issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, making sure everything worked perfectly. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.
