We moved in over the weekend of 9/20 and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the carpet and walls. There is pain and slime all over our carpets! Along with tears in pieces of the carpets and many other rough patches of who knows what. We had to shampoo the carpet before moving in and there was so much pet hair in the carpet that it clogged our shampooer! David Antonetty is AMAZING. It’s not always pleasant when you have to call maintenance or need something fixed in your home, but whenever David comes it is done correct and he is always very kind and informative. He fixes the issue (if an outside vendor isn’t needed) and he also lets me know what to look out for in the future. David is a truly amazing tech.
I had a wonderful experience with David Antonetty. He came right on time and was very kind. He immediately fixed our door and then asked if any other doors had issues. He worked for a while fixing my bedroom as it would not shut. He is a hard worker and I would love to have him help us again!!
David Antonetty was AMAZING!!!! He showed up within 10 minutes of me placing my work order for my AC unit not working. Walked up with a huge smile on his face, friendly conversation & just eager to help. I wouldn’t know what to do with out him! He was quick and efficient, definitely someone I would hire on my team. Brandywine Team is awesome. Keith Rhodes in maintenance came to my residence promptly after submitting a work order for the kitchen drain backing up. Keith was able to clear the clog and repair a small leak a was unaware of. Great Effort! Thanks Keith and Brandywine Team!
