We have been with Brandywine homes a little over two years now. Rarely do we put work orders in, but when we do they are always quick to have us scheduled in and taken care of. We had a great experience 12/30/24 with One of the maintenance technicians Peter Brill he was quick to get us back in good standing, super polite and efficient! People like him help make great establishments. Very happy with his services, Thanks!
I look forward to the end of my lease. We're in our 4th year and i relish the day we can drive away and never look back. And its all because of management. After our first year rent increased 25%! And now that rents have fallen management refused to revisit my lease 2 months into it. A 3rd of our neighborhood was vacant at one point with larger units renting for 20% less. Peter Brull is amazing. He actually repaired our porch door and spent the time to make sure it was right instead of just doing a quick fix then previously done. He has also helped me with information about requests that were pending. He is the most helpful person I have interacted with at Brandywine. Thank you Peter!
Peter Brill was outstanding!! His communication was top tier, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt totally safe being home alone with him. He worked quickly and efficiently. If I ever need service again I hope he is whom is sent. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience.
I am beyond grateful for the services provided by David Antonetty. Not only did he assist with our home repairs but went up and beyond as I was locked out of my house and helped me get inside. He was efficient and kind. Very happy with his services! He has gained our families trust!!!
