I had a great experience with David Antonetty! He arrived right on time, was professional and addressed all of my maintenance concerns. He quickly fixed my shower and a washer pipe issue, and he took the time to note additional items that required management’s attention. His attention to detail, communication, and quality of work were excellent.
Tech guy David Antonetty did a phenomenal job at coming out and assessing the situation with my water heater. He fixed an expose wire and corrected the temperature in a quickly manner. He even came back an hour after to make sure everything was great.
We have been with Brandywine homes a little over two years now. Rarely do we put work orders in, but when we do they are always quick to have us scheduled in and taken care of. We had a great experience 12/30/24 with One of the maintenance technicians Peter Brill he was quick to get us back in good standing, super polite and efficient! People like him help make great establishments. Very happy with his services, Thanks!
Management does not seem to care about this outpull Springs complex in Zephyr, hills and don't even get me started with the office staff very rude. There is fences that have been torn down and blown away, sends hurricane Melton, and there is a tree that is still on the ground sense hurricane Melton. They're very quick when they want their money for their rent and don't even get me started with all the fees that they charge.
David Antonetty was awesome. Came in very professionally and handled everything in a timely manner. When he took care of the initial order he took the time to ask was there anything else that he could take care of, and did. Amazing service from David at Brandysine.
