DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been renting a 3 bedroom home and been having a disgusting toxic smell in my 3rd bedroom which was identified as pet urine. No sense of urgency! My roommates and I moved into one of their properties last week, and there have already been numerous communication issues. We weren’t given the opportunity to do a proper inspection before signing the lease, which led to several problems becoming apparent only after we moved in. On top of that, no trash bins were provided, and when we asked how to get them, we were given no assistance and told to figure it out ourselves. Jeremy came to the house and rebuilt the cabinets under the kitchen sink also repaired two totally destroyed drawers in the cabinet, which saved us from purchasing all new cabinets. Also with no hesitation assisted me with hanging a 65 inch flatscreen on the wall appreciate the help with gladly refer him to anyone I know great job.
Marvin provided outstanding plumbing services. He was efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him to anyone, and will request his services again should we have another plumbing issue in our home!
