DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been renting a 3 bedroom home and been having a disgusting toxic smell in my 3rd bedroom which was identified as pet urine. No sense of urgency! They actually don't care!! My roommate has not been able to occupy his bedroom for almost 3 months. We moved in on 6/28. I've asked to speak to the property manager and she does not call me back. We have been renting with Brandywine Homes for a little over 2 years now. Nicolette Douglas is our property manager and she has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. She has been super responsive to any requests and/or questions that we have had and has been a wonderful resource and help especially when it comes to updating and changing roommates. She has been extremely helpful and responsive with all of our questions and requests.
Just moved in and our dishwasher stopped working within 2 weeks. Jeremy the maintenance technician came out diagnosed the issue so quickly(i had been googling all night). And when the part came in and he got changed out in under 30 minutes! Great guy! Deserves two raises!
Jeremy came to the house and rebuilt the cabinets under the kitchen sink also repaired two totally destroyed drawers in the cabinet, which saved us from purchasing all new cabinets. Also with no hesitation assisted me with hanging a 65 inch flatscreen on the wall appreciate the help with gladly refer him to anyone I know great job.
Tremaine was the best. He was nice and friendly and got the job done. I thank you so much for sending such a wonderful and respectful fella.
