Joevon, one of the maintenance staff in Atlanta, is an amazing asset to this company. He was kind, professional, and offered multiple solutions for some of the issues we were having. I will be requesting him be the one to deal with any future maintenance issues we may have moving forward.

On November 5, 2025, I tried to make my rent payment through Brandywine Homes USA’s portal. The system rejected my first attempt around 9:49 PM, so I tried again at 10:30 PM and that one went through. Later, I discovered that both payments were applied, creating an extra charge of $1,969.85. When I contacted my account manager, she said she was aware of the issue but that there was nothing she could do and that the payment could not be reversed.
