I initially had a positive experience with Brandywine Homes during our first year, but everything went downhill after we renewed our lease for the second year. We were promised a new fridge due to the inadequate size of the original one. It took over two months to receive it, and no one bothered to come out to measure the space for the new one. We rented with Brandywine for 3 years from 2022 to 2025. Regrettable that we had to go elsewhere because our there were no rentals in the areas we were looking through them, we would have gladly stayed for many more years. Holly is the BEST! Decent rent increases per year, fast responses to questions and maintenance requests. Highly recommend!
We rented from Brandywine homes for 16 months. When we first started working on the lease, we made it very clear that we would need the home for at least 12 months but would not need it for 24 months. Year #1 was uneventful. A few maintenance issues - resolved fairly timely. When we approached our lease end-date, I contacted Amy and Holly for the renewal with clear instructions that we would not need another 12 month lease. If I could give a negative star as a review I would! The immense lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable! I applied to Brandywine’s homes on 6/13/24. Initially I submitted mine and my spouses information. After a week of me calling everyday to check on my application I was informed that my husband’s income could not be used because he is an independent contractor.
