Sally Riley has been our property manager for almost a year. She is amazing. She’s available, she communicates well and she handles any issues we’ve had promptly. Every Single Time. I’ve had many negative experiences over the years with property managers so having Sally has been a relief! She even drove to me to pick up my rent payment once because I couldn’t get into the app and I had a painful tooth infection. It wasn’t a short drive either. She cares about her job and her tenants and it shows. Thanks Sally!

Would leave zero stars but their website won’t let you select less than 2 stars! Thanks for wasting my time! Don’t ever accept an offer on your home from this company! They make a nice offer then have their “inspector” come and prepare a scope of work bid to essentially remodel your home. Then they try to drop their offer down as much as 25 k in hopes you will pay for their remodel! As petty as changing switch plate covers to ones of their choosing! Huge waste of time and they will try to steal your home from you!

property manager Sally Riley does a great job returning calls and doing follow ups on work orders
Awful customer service. Awful communication.Awful response time. Took 9 hours for my property manager to escalate my work order for service. I didn’t have heat in my home and there was zero urgency from my property manager to resolve my issue. Very disappointed.
