I had Phil come by to fix my garbage disposal it had been leaking for about a week. He arrived right at 8 o’clock very punctual and professionally dressed took him maybe 15 minutes to replace the garbage disposal and it’s back to new. Thank you so much Phil appreciate it. You’re the best!
Phil was great as usual. He is the maintenance guy for the property we are renting and always comes through with fixing whatever is needed. Today he installed a brand new dishwasher and took care of the leaking sink in the kitchen. He is always professional, on time and very knowledgeable about what needs to be done for the repairs.
Phil came promptly as scheduled and resolved our maintenance concerns! He was very nice and friendly throughout the process!
