Phil was great as usual. He is the maintenance guy for the property we are renting and always comes through with fixing whatever is needed. Today he installed a brand new dishwasher and took care of the leaking sink in the kitchen. He is always professional, on time and very knowledgeable about what needs to be done for the repairs.
Phill came to prepare a garbage disposal at my home to only discover the sink was leaking & caused underneath sink area was totally dry routed. Phill was so professional & had a new disposal & new sink installed very quickly & took out all the dry routed cabinet … great service, very professional, & overall great work!!! Highly recommend!
This is our fourth lease that we’ve signed with Brandywine and I have to say, we’re extremely happy. Ashley is extremely kind and caring, truly puts the effort into if there’s any type of maintenance issues happening at the property to make sure it gets resolved. Phil has been to our property a few times and it’s always been a pleasant interaction. Jorge is also extremely kind and advocates for the tenants. We will continue to stay here until we purchase a home!
I love Phil!!! He was so sweet and fun, and he came in as Mr. Fixit/get shit done. I normally get nervous when maintenance comes and my husband is not home, but Phil was so easy-going, very communicative, and super friendly. Truly a gem and he walked me through everything that he was doing, and all of the problems that he found and solved.
Phill was amazing very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He addressed all of my concerns. Phill was very polite and respectful Brandywine is lucky to have a worker like him on their team. Thank you for your service!! 😊
