Phil the maintenance manager came to repair a plumbing issue in the home. He was very polite and professional, and worked diligently to try to resolve the issue, and even though he was unable to fix the issue, he explained the next course of action needed to get the job done effectively. He is an excellent representation great customer service for Brandywine Homes.
Moving into my house I had a lot of issues a lot of the renovations that were done were done poorly. We experienced a third party vendor that poorly fixed the issues when Philll responded to the work orders I had submitted. He came immediately addressed all the issues even some I didn’t speak on advice on how to deal with this situation. He is absolutely amazing and efficient completed in a timely manner how it’s supposed to be done the first time 100% recommend
We've been renting from Brandywine for about a year now and we just renewed our lease. The team is great about communicating and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Phil the maintenance guy is great! So friendly and always does a great job whenever he has to come out. Our renting experience through Brandywine has been phenomenal so far, and I'm happy we decided to rent through them!
Phil from maintenance has been doing an incredible job in the last week, taking care of an issue with our HCVA, our blinders and one of the doors. Diligent, sense of urgency, great communicator and so efficient. Please, more employees like him.
We had a leak occur in the wall in one of the bedrooms. The room was starting to flood, so I turned off the water and was very unsure what to do. A maintenance request was filled out, and a plumber came out the next morning. He repaired the pipe, but left a large hole cut into the wall. Phil came the following day and patched it up really quick. He was not able to paint it same day (drywall repair should dry, I think), but the spot is behind a couch, so it doesn't bother me that much to wait a few days.
