I believe that it was Patricia who initially helped me rent a unit. Her service was awesome. When I needed to turn my unit back in, I dealt with Hanzie. Once again I received excellent service thank you both for your customer support and service.
Karena was very helpful when I called to receive some assistance. Good and secure facility. Although not her fault, the unit and the building are not with a?c. Its very hot in the unit.Not happy about that.
Patricia Aguiran was very friendly & helpful with the storage rental process. It was very easy using the e-verify system.
