We were there on the coldest Saturday night of the year. Negative 10 or more outside. Very impressed by the staff working with such temperatures. The best pizza store in the area, I always stop by on my way back from school. The food is so delicious, they have very special pastas and pizza, the service is amazing and really good environment. A lot of space to sit and very clean store.
So accommodating. Came with my son who’s 1. They had a cute personal bravo bib and a high chair like the ones at home. He didn’t give me any trouble and he was super comfortable. Their pizza is awesome too, love them!
My son & had I had the cauliflower pizza & it was delicious! Great customer service & atmosphere. Next time we shop @ Trader Joe's, we'll stop by at Bravo again... literally around the corner.
The staff is very unprofessional. They have favoritism and a lot of attitude. If anything goes wrong on their end, they do not mind losing you as a customer. They know their fan base and could care less if your order wasn't perfect. Delivery times have been consistently late numerous times. Sometimes the pizza does not taste as fresh as it should be.
