They used to be the cheapest place in town. Now they charge the same as every other shop and are still totally incompetent. I had not been scuba diving for very long when I first came in here but somehow I had to teach them everything specific to the process of scuba tank testing. They did not know how to install or remove valves so the first tanks I brought in came back with huge gouges in the chrome brass valves from being wrenched down on. I have found Breakwater to be a valuable team asset to Soho Properties. Their staff are responsive and courteous. Jasmin is knowledgable and helpful with my questions. Our on-site service was performed by Alejandro. He knew precisely where the extinguishers were located and performed the needed inspections in an expeditious manner. I love working with this company. I have 4 Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly and need to have the annual inspections done on all my fire extinguishers. Breakwater can come and service them on site, or I have the option to bring them to their shop and wait while being re-certified. Love their service and friendly staff.

Breakwater came out and serviced the fire extinguishers at our building. Great value, easy to contact and schedule. Oh, and I get my Kegerator CO2 bottles filled here as well.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Took care of my fire extinguisher immediately after I called their office. Never have to follow up, totally trust them. Great company to work with.
