Dr Alani and his team have been excellent throughout this entire process. The responsiveness to my inquiries via Rena (part of the support team) and Dr Alani, as well as the bedside manner on the day of the surgery and post-surgery checks have been very reassuring. On top of this, Dr Alani did a fantastic job on the incisions, and I couldn’t be happier with having the explant surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Alani.
Exceptional communication from start to finish. Was never made to feel pressured into any decisions and felt listened to and supported through my decision making at all parts. My post op expectations were exceeded and only 8 days post removal and so many of my BII symptoms have disappeared or significantly improving!
