Great apartments The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is very responsive. The apartments overall are very nice although, they can be slightly noisy. Depending on where you are in the complex parking can be tricky at times. Overall I’m very happy with my stay and will continue to reside here!
First Aparment I have to say my whole experience living here has been wonderful. This was my first apartment and I couldn't have picked a better community. The ONLY reason I am leaving is because I need to move closer to work. Again, such a great place to live!

Apartment living We have lived here over 18 years and never had any problems with noise except one neighbor. The play ground is nice for children to play the pool is always clean Tennis court is nice.never a problem parking.They have a great pavilion lighted at night \2 grills to use.They clean up grounds daily.in winter sidewalks\parking. are salted and cleared off . staff is great .The girls in office are very nice and willing to work with you on almost anything.it is close to shopping centers,New car wash , 95 route 3 and... read more
Just Moved in and loving it we love our apartment so far. Very clean and awesome appliances. And we can have our dog too. :)
Breezewood Apartments Our building overall is very quiet. The apartments seem to hold sound quite well. You'll hear heavy foot steps from inside neighboring apartments & the stairs outside, but that's about it. You'll hardly ever hear voices or music. The apartments are updated and well maintained. I do wish they'd restrict smoking on the premises. The location is ideal, easy access to Rt. 3 & Rt. 1. The pool & gym are nice features. They do a great job keeping the grounds clean, as well. The staff is very friendly.
