I love using lifestance. Easy to make appointments and therapists are great. Even if the one you met with didn’t work out, you have many options to switch to someone that works without worrying about explanation or justification. I recommended it to all my friends. Brenda is a great EMDR therapist! She reads body languages very well while providing great guidance during the session for EMDR processing. Life changing when you have a great therapist!
