My son had a big wart with a thick skin. Dr. Pillemer told us we need to come 3 times. He only sprayed the wart for like 3 seconds and did not do anything else. The treatment was not working and I decided not to come anymore. After a year we went to see another dermatologist who was very thorough. First, he removed the old thick skin and froze it several times for much longer than the other doctor. He also put a medicine on it.
