GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! 14-Day Wait for an Emergency Tire Leak? Zero Regard for Safety. I contacted this shop regarding a tire on my Range Rover Sport that had dropped to 1 PSI. I explained the urgency to a woman who answered the phone named Bobbi. Bobbi replied that they were 2 weeks out, but asked me to hold on so she could ask the manager (Kyle) if they could work me in. I never had a vehicle serviced here before, but my mother recently sustained a severe injury and needed a headlamps replaced in addition to a front-end alignment. She handed me her keys and a credit card and sent me on my way to Brenner Tire & Auto. Then she informed me that this service shop is "first come first serve" so of course I had a few reservations in my mind. Have always had great service here. Have never been pressured into b.s. repairs, service counter guys seem to be straight-shooters. Waaaaay too many garages nowadays just want to rake you over the coals for some ticky-tacky repair, that hasn't happened here. Also, PA car inspections are free, I've been all over this state and nobody does that. Prices are resonable for the minor steering/suspension repairs I've had done here.
I went into to get a flat tire patched. The person that checked it said it was fine. 5 minutes after driving out of there I have to stop to put more air in the tire he said was fine. I had someone else do it, took them all of 10 minutes (half the time I spent waiting)
