Dr Johnson performed a extraction for me and I am allergic to lidocaine and he was very careful with administering anesthesia into my Gums, he consulted with another Dr of Anesthesia before he administered it and he used something other than lidocaine and everything went perfectly. Very attentive and understanding spent time reviewing an issue that I had with another Dental office.
Took my son to this dentist and all they did was an exam. they scheduled him for two fillings, and had us prepay for that service, but when we went to get them done they triple booked the appointment and didn't have time to do the procedure, so they wouldn't take him in. So they rescheduled the appointment, at the new appointment they wanted us to pay again. When I called corporate they doubled what we supposedly 'owed'.
