Had a sore throat so got a strep test here. Received a bill for $750 even with insurance. It took them 4 days to send test results, by which time the strep got much worse. This place is a nightmare.
They have no problem taking your copay but calling you back to go over your test results never happens. Why even give me the test (which came back as positive for strep) if you aren’t going to call me in a prescription? Update: in regard to the response from the doctor… she sent in my prescription right after this review was posted. Aka she knows exactly who I was 🤦♀️
Beware that they charge $275 for a "Medical Examination" which you are not even able to opt out of. They take your weight and height and charge $275 for it, and insurance does not cover most of that. I went in and gave a urine sample and ended up paying $200 even with my insurance covering most of it. Has never happened to me before at any other urgent care I've been to, total scam.
great experience! i was checked in very quickly. the medical assistant/technician was very quick and helpful. and the doctors were friendly and informative. i was in and out very swiftly with zero wait time. i suggest doing metered street parking vs the garage.
I’ve been to Brentview Medical Urgent Care before and I’m so grateful for this place! I had a respiratory infection and got in and out in less than an hour. Beats going to the ER and waiting for hours. The staff is kind and thoughtful. Thank you!
