Not happy. Had cockroaches for the past 7 months. We are not the host. Windows are not up to date. We have recently found out that we have bed bugs and are told we probably brought it home from the movie theaters. Looking outside people have their furniture in the trash. They don't plow unless you ask them too. They don't enforce their rules such as fining individuals who leave trash all over the place.
A pipe burst in my apartment and the apartment was negligent in doing proper water removal remediation. This lead to Mold growth in such high amounts it was deadly and ruined all my belongings. Not only would the apartment not pay a cent, they charged for removing my belongings and for rent for the remainder of the contract even though they moved me into another unit and received rent. I lost $9,000 worth of my stuff and they want me to pay over $4,000 in damages and rent. I have renter's insurance that doesn't cover MOLD da... read more
