Bretteney is amazing! She has a five star review from me. This gracious and generous 2 star review is for Lifestance. I had a great provider for over 20 years, then Lifestance came in and suddenly she decided to retire. Hmmm. Now that I have had 3 different providers, soon to be 4, in a span of 6 years, it appears that Lifestance, as a company, doesn’t treat their employees well. I can’t say enough good things about Bretteney! From the very first appointment, I felt genuinely heard, respected, and supported. She took time to listen without rushing and asked thoughtful questions. She is both compassionate and highly professional, which I feel can be difficult to find in a provider, especially over a video call. I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective mental health support.
