Overall, great experience. I was seeing right away. I had to wait a little bit for a room but once I got in there, I was taken care of. I was giving the results of my x rays and was giving the proper medicine to take care of the problem. The doctor answer all my questions and toll me exactly what to do to get better.
I appreciate the service but the wait was to long my husband was brought in by the ambulance because of his illness. And we actually had to wait over 7hrs he's a diabetic, congestive heartfailure, and he has a draining tube which is very uncomfortable in the beginning. He hadn't ate or taken any medication. And the only reason why we where there because our PCD said get him to the emergency because of his Kidney level was in question. I came in with chest pains sometime between 12:30 and 1:00. I definitely understand how patients are called back based on the acuity of their condition. During triage my BP was extremely high, that coupled with chest pains... The waiting room was packed as usual. There are people who were saying they had been there since 10:00 a.m. and had not been seen. Again I understand that people are brought back based on the severity of what they came in for. I went to the ER and they were supposed to send a prescription to a Walgreens and I went to pick it up the following day and they were never sent the prescription
The doctors and nurses were wonderful. My wait time wasn’t long. I appreciated that since I was in severe abdominal pain. One of the ER doctors diagnosed me with a hernia and helped me manage my pain on sight. I was extremely grateful.
