I love my Telehealth visits with Brian Howard! Over the past 2 years he has come to have a deep understanding of my mental state. He listens! He takes his time! He asks questions! He asks me if I have any questions! These are things you need! I can tell that he is interested in me as a patient and is doing everything he can to help me. That means a lot to me! I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this provider. I originally came in seeking an evaluation for ADHD, but instead of receiving any clarity or proper support, I was met with condescension, rudeness, and a complete lack of attentiveness. The provider was dismissive, uninformative, and seemed more interested in rushing through the session than actually understanding my concerns.
