Brian Kempf is the most honest and straight-forward loan originator I've ever worked with. Over the past year, Brian has been my point man for 2 loans - investment and construction. Impeccable customer service from Brian Kempf and his team. After having a horrible experience with another lender they went above and beyond to get our loan expedited in the fastest most patient way possible fashion. Trusted the reviewers here down and decided to apply for mortgage with Brian. After promising me a "swift" approval, Brian Kempf decides I do not qualify. You should have let me know from the very first place, and why did you even promise "swift" preapproval. Now my credit score is down thanks to you and no preapproval or anything whatsoever. Not professional, not honest and entirely lying office it seems
