I made an appointment for a minor 3 weeks ago. I have spoken on the phone with several different employees to give a card number, authorization codes, etc for my minor child's appointment. We changed our Thanksgiving plans so that my son could go to this appointment. It's the day of and I get a call from the office canceling my appointment because the doctor we were suppose to see doesn't see children even though the website specifically says his specialty is children.
