Haven't had a functional air conditioner since I moved in if there is more than two warm days. Their emergency service does not exist its answering service in the Philippines. It'll be 90° in my apartment today. 5 ruined weekends. Rent on the 1st every month. Edit - You know exactly who this is. That's ridulous. Or were there that many people with multiple day air conditioners broken. Either way I always edit my reviews. If ownership gets new managers I change this to 5 stars because this place is majestic otherwise.
Love this place . So quiet , nice , clean , and my apartment is very affordable and adorable ! I would definitely recommend Briarcliffe ! Also, the office lady , Veronica is so nice and helpful!
