If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management company is completely untrustworthy and unethical. They fraudulently kept my security deposit for normal wear and tear, which is against the law in most cases. Once we vacated the property, they stopped answering our calls and emails, making it impossible to address any concerns. I have been renting through Bric for the past three years and have had a great experience with them, as a tenant. The staff has always been very responsive, professional, and friendly, and they have been excellent at communicating necessary information on a timely manner. The apartment was cheap safe and clean, nothing super fancy but it was a lot of square footage for the price. Bric was great, had almost no issues the year I rented from them. Their online portal for where you pay is the only issue I had. If you accidentally type in the wrong bank account information and try to call them to cancel they can not. They will hit you with an insufficient funds fee sometimes up to a week after you submit. So if you are paying the week of you will also get a late fee. So just be super careful. Othe... read more
I don’t typically leave reviews but I had too this time. I would stay away from This company. The homes are not kept well and when you vacate they will find a way to keep a portion of your security. They give you 72 hours to comb the home which is tough to do because there are so many issue with the home I rented. Dont say I didn’t warn you…..
