I used Brick Street for a major kitchen plumbing issue I had. Everyone I spoke with was very sweet and helpful. Brendan fixed the major leak, and even found a second small leak I never noticed. Everything that was leaking was fixed. He truly put my worries at ease and did a bang up job! I felt taken care of and heard. This was my second job for them and they didn’t disappoint.
Rodney was great! He contacted me when he was 30 minutes away so that I didn't have to wait around all day, He fixed my sink same day and even went to get the necessary parts from Lowes. He could have placed an order for parts but that would have caused an additional delay. I will definitely use this company again if needed.
Customer service is turrible. Called them, emailed them and left a voicemail for days at a time. Still not response. This organization was provided by my home warranty. I recommended to my home warranty not to use them again. 10/10 do not recommend. Lastly all this coordination was for the invoice for the job.
American home shield sent this company out to repair some plumbing issues. After sending out three technicians and 18 days later-I still have the same issue. Being a seasoned investor and Real Estate Professional I highly recommend never using this company..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Brick Street Plumbing installed a hot water heater in 1/2020. Unbeknownst to us, it was installed improperly and not up to code and was never inspected after install. It stopped working last week and the same company came out. We were told by the technician that it was an extremely poor and unsafe install job. The fan was not properly attached (they attached it using duct tape) and therefore the fan wasn't pulling the air out properly which caused the pilot light to flare up causing burns on the out... read more
