Used Brick Street due to a home warranty claim. I was contacted quickly and a service rep was able to come out the same day. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and fixed my problem right away. My claim ended up being a bigger issue causing a home insurance repair due to water damage and Randy put my mind at ease during a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend this company.
This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. They failed to install the water heater at the agreed-upon time, despite me taking time off work to wait for them. They kept postponing and lying throughout the day, then proposed a different date. Keep in mind, we have young children and were left without hot water for a couple of days because of their incompetence. We are very pleased with the Brick Street Plumbing service we received. The office personnel were on the all and extremely helpful. The plumber arrived on time and did a great job. We have no complaints here and would gladly use them again.
We had Brick Street Plumbing come out to our home on two different occasions. In both instances they were timely and efficient. They also ensured everything was to our satisfaction before leaving and cleaned up any mess that may have occurred during our completing our service. I would certain have them back in our home again to address any plumbing issues and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.
Stay away!. I've been 2 full weeks without hot water. Hot water tank needs replaced. Going through Home Shield Warranty who contracted them. No communication from Brick Street Plumbing. Will not return calls, text, or email and my Home Warranty is no better. They are not trying to help me either. I'm glad they are getting their hot showers. -_- I will be reporting both to the SCC and DPOR
