So far so bad. We have had 2 leaks so far from the unit they put in the attic. First one they said was from huge bugs that ate through the vinyl condensation line. I had 3 pest inspectors come out to check and there were no bugs. Also new treated insulation had been installed in the attic months before. They did come resolve this issue by adding a PVC pipe but would not fix the damage to the ceiling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Brick Street Plumbing installed a hot water heater in 1/2020. Unbeknownst to us, it was installed improperly and not up to code and was never inspected after install. It stopped working last week and the same company came out. We were told by the technician that it was an extremely poor and unsafe install job. The fan was not properly attached (they attached it using duct tape) and therefore the fan wasn't pulling the air out properly which caused the pilot light to flare up causing burns on the out... read more
Brian was awesome! He got our old tank drained and removed from our home. He spent over 2 hours helping us. Eli was very polite, he got the water heater hooked up quickly and cleaned up any trash laying around. We had a good conversation with him while he worked. We had a great experience and would recommend. Thank you!
Eli and Joe did an outstanding job in replacing my hot water heater (gas). They were timely, professional and highly knowledgeable about task at hand. They kept me informed throughout the process and walked me through the inner workings of the tank and recommendations for annual maintenance. The cherry on top was that they also provided a carbon monoxide alarm as an added protection. Highly recommended!
We were assigned to Brick Street by our home warranty company AHS. Stay away from them. They called right away to schedule but then canceled due to emergency, sickness. And they did it twice!!! Now we’re going over a week with a stoppage in our kitchen sink!!! To top it all, we had to free up our whole day waiting for them as their service window is 8am-4:30 pm, calling to reschedule at 3! They get away with this since they’re calling within 48 hours of the request/appointment to reschedule which is within AHS’s guidelines.... read more
