This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. They failed to install the water heater at the agreed-upon time, despite me taking time off work to wait for them. They kept postponing and lying throughout the day, then proposed a different date. Keep in mind, we have young children and were left without hot water for a couple of days because of their incompetence. We had Brick Street Plumbing come out to our home on two different occasions. In both instances they were timely and efficient. They also ensured everything was to our satisfaction before leaving and cleaned up any mess that may have occurred during our completing our service. I would certain have them back in our home again to address any plumbing issues and would certainly recommend them to family and friends.
The plumber, Mr. James, was very helpful and professional. He tried to recreate the problem I called for and couldn't. He spent 45 minutes looking at the water supply that may have cause the initial issue but, he couldn't and stated that it could have been condensation from a duct, since the AC has been running almost 18 hours daily. He did recommend I contact an electrician to reinstall the light fixture.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Brick Street Plumbing installed a hot water heater in 1/2020. Unbeknownst to us, it was installed improperly and not up to code and was never inspected after install. It stopped working last week and the same company came out. We were told by the technician that it was an extremely poor and unsafe install job. The fan was not properly attached (they attached it using duct tape) and therefore the fan wasn't pulling the air out properly which caused the pilot light to flare up causing burns on the out... read more
I am very pleased with this company. The gentleman that arrived at my home for my plumbing issue was very professional. He explained everything that he thought was going on with my sink. He was amazing. I would definitely recommend Brick Street Plumbing for anyone plumbing needs.
