I can't tell you what a wonderful experience it was to work with Sue at Bridgeport Carpets and Raphael and his flooring crew. They really do put the customers first. Sue made sure I was on budget and their prices are very competitive. I'm very picky about how work is done at my home and there were absolutely no mistakes or problems with how they installed the floor, it was perfect. Don't go to the big box stores, Bridgeport Carpets has the most amazing customer service! Thanks, Sue, Raphael, and Tabitha!
Learned about Bridgeport Carpets through a family member. Called one of their sales managers directly (David B.) and was quickly and easily able to schedule a time to visit the showroom which was educational and later lead my wife and I to selecting a carpet. David came out a week or so later for exact measurements, was very kind and provided a quote the same day (the quote was very competitive). I am extremely pleased with my experience. We had a flood and they were able to get out quickly to remove the old carpet. They made sure the floor was clean and dry before installing the new carpet, and they even moved the furniture as they did all of this. The new carpet looks great and I couldn't be happier.
