We were very pleased with their work. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up well and left no mess behind each day.
We recently re-did our upstairs carpets with these guys. Loved every second of working with them -- from the measuring and estimate, to the install and followup. They're professional, fair, and nicely priced for the quality of flooring you get. I don't know about hardwoods and tile or whatnot with them since we only did carpet, but I definitely recommend them if you're OTP looking for a new flooring company! Our new laminate flooring and new carpeting were installed this week. I just wanted to send a note to express my compliments to everyone I dealt with @ Bridgeport Carpets. Sue was great on the sales side and provided great recommendations on materials/colors and competitive pricing. Lauren was always helpful in keeping me informed on the availability of the materials and coordinating the installations. Replaced carpets in a couple of rooms of my home. Wonderful service from Bridgeport, Carol in the showroom was very helpful offering her suggestions for what to choose. Carpet turned out perfect for our needs, order process was simple and easy and installation quick and professional. All within a week's time. Highly recommend them.
They tore out our existing carpet and replaced it with dark laminate flooring. They also worked on the trim and replaced the flooring in the two upstairs bathrooms with tile. I was very pleased with their service. The sales lady was very helpful. She really took in consideration everything I should do for this project. Remodel: Replaced existing floor tile and built a tile shower in basement bathroom. Salesperson, designer,and estimator (Julie) spent quality time helping with design and tile selection. Estimate was prompt. Job was scheduled after tile was in stock. Installers arrived the planned day and completed on the planned day. Quality of final product was very good. We are well satisfied.
