My therapist, Bridget Thomas, is such an excellent & empathetic counselor. She is so perceptive & understanding, with such great insight, that I am always amazed just how much she helps me figure out how my life issues affect me. Bridget also provides excellent feedback, and assists me in figuring out healthy ways of coping. I highly recommend her to anyone, and everyone, as we all can use help in dealing with our difficulties.
