Bridgette is incredible. I don't know where I would be without her. She is very open about options, and does her very best to make sure I am on the meds that serve me best. Unfortunately, the company itself is not great. Thankfully, Bridgette makes sure my appointments are made, and is quick to respond through the portal should I have any issues.
I helped a family member set up an appointment with this provider. Anyone who has struggled with mental health issues knows 1. How hard it is to ask for help and 2. How hard it is to wait for help. It came time for my family’s telehealth appointment at 12. At 1218 they informed my family after she had been waiting 18 minutes in the virtual waiting room that her paperwork had not been submitted properly.
