very safe community I have lived here for about two years. Friendly neighbors, quiet community. Yes it is next to train tracks with some of the buildings but it common for this area. Downside is rent does seem to keep going up and on a 1bed den with no pool, no workout area or no community center I would say its getting past the point of being worth it. Poor upkeep The buildings were built in 1990. So, to go with the age of the building there are some issues. Drafty Windows that don't have proper locks, I would recommend getting a piece of wood to lock your window. The pipes are also very old. I'm constantly using some type of cleaner down the garbage disposal, which we didnt use, so our kitchen didn't smell like mold. Occasionally our dishwasher would...
