Second appointment in a row they simply just don’t show up for. No calls, no emails, no texts, they just don’t come. It’s rude and completely disrespectful. Will find another company that respects their customers. 100% unreliable and MANY complaints of no shows.
So shady! Will use any excuse they can to get out of doing the work and then try to charge extra for a “truck dispatch fee”
