We chose Bright Horizons for our oldest son (now 7) when he was young (unfortunately that center closed when the company it was connected with moved and did not take the daycare with them). We have been part of Bright horizons for almost 8 years. Throughout this time they went through several directors (only 1 competent one and she left), mergers, and 19% price increase over night! While we enjoyed the center and some of the teachers, the administration is incapable of dealing with issues. Furthermore, they were in violation of health laws. My grandson has made great friends and looks forward to going everyday. His teachers have all been amazing!
Our daughter and son (one began in 2012 to 2016 and the other in 2014- ) attended the school since they were 3 months old (☹️I had to go back to work) and the teachers are family to us. We love them and our babies love them. It is breaking my heart because this Friday my 5 year old is graduating from preschool here. We are so fortunate to have such incredible people part of our children's lives and ours.

In one room there was a child throwing bean bags in the air he almost hit me and my 3 month old baby the teachers didn't say anything like we toss the bean bags or anything constructive they only said when the child went to throw a larger item we only throw the bean bags very confusing for a child... In the same room the quiet tent area had a bunch or dirt in it. Then in another room there was a boy child undressing in front of everyone on the floor to go out and play water play which I felt was unhygenic and lacked privacy... read more
I love our Kids Academy. All the teachers are so amazing. They care for all the kids so much. I am so glad my coworker recommended this daycare to me. I love it!!
