My Son joined BH East Longmont, as a 1 yr old. He's turning 5, this october. We have seen the changes in BH East Longmont, go from Very Good to Horrible & Bad to Just Superb and Awesome, in the last 4 years. Before BH appointed, Kathy Rech couple years ago, we were seriously looking at other schools options. I would never have written something so nice about BH, few years back. I don't have first-hand knowledge about the school, but I see their bus driver every day picking up kids. He is impolite, the vehicle has an out of date registration, and today he cut off 20 other cars waiting patiently in a pickup line. The school may be nice; but my experience with their representative has not been positive.
I don't know about Bright Horizons East , but the ones at Bright Horizons West treated my son like absolute garbage. I can't find the page for them so I'm leaving this here. I caught Miss Emily being mean to him on multiple occasions and allowing children to be mean to him as well. After this experience I would never EVER recommend ANY Bright Horizons to anyone.
