Everything was perfect – From the initial phone call to the actual experience of being in Bright Horizons everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, warm and inviting. THe administrative team worked together to ensure that we had all the information we needed and that our family was happy. The atmospherre was child and adult friendly. Good Quality We went to tour the facility and are impressed with the place and their associates. They seems very understanding of the children's needs and have alot of respect for their feelings. They don't use time-out and they don't suspend children for bad behaviors. They uses role model and positive reinforcements on the children. I love this approach. Also, the Asst Director made us feel important.
