Way to expensive for the service. i found other daycare that provided the same thing and took care of my child the same for less. i expected much more especially for how much i was paying. i would pick up my child and everyday he'd have something stuck to his face ( food, buggers, etc.) When dropping off teacher was wondering around instead of waiting there so i could have an easy drop off. BRIGHT HORIZON IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD OR CHILDREN THERE. IT IS CLEANER THAN CHILDREN FIRST CHILD CARE. ALL OF THE DIRECTORS ARE FRIENDLY AND SO IS THE STAFF.
Notably good service experience My child has actually been to 3 Bright Horizons centers, and we have been happy with all of them. One of the moves was not our choice (the company that this BH center was associated with went from Open to the Community to just for that company). However, we are thrilled to be at the new center.

Can count on them to bump your child out of service for their own families that work there I recently started working with Bank of America and took the job due to the child care on-site. I thought it was the best decision I ever could have made until two weeks into my employment at six o'clock on a three day holiday weekend I was advised by the Directors of Bright Horizons that they no longer had a spot open for one of my children the following business day for the next two weeks. Can count on them having a high turnover The one in Austin has a high turnover rate and are obsessed w/ being accredited to the point where they are overlooking nurturing the children.
