The administration at this day care is irresponsible, unprofessional, careless, and unsympathetic. Their lack of attention to basic information, like having the correct name, led to one of the most ridiculous and stressful weeks of my life. The fact that they are not concerned with accuracy makes me wonder what other safety measures they are ignoring and just how accountable they are for children’s safety and whether they actually care for the families they are partnered with. My daughter started Bright Horizons at 3 months old a year ago. I remember this day like it was yesterday! It was one of the toughest things I had to do, leaving my baby with strangers and in trusting that they will nourish, teach, and love on her! It's been a whole year and I can share that we are so blessed to have such great caregivers. Miss Minnett Woody, Mrs. Gail, and Mrs. Mary Jane take such great care of her.
