I don't think I put enough thought as to why Bright Horizons on west 72nd street is the absolute worst place. My daughter has gone to several daycares. BH has been on we have been going to since she was in the two's program, she is now in 4k. Not only was the previous director horrible, she had favorites so she would tell one family one thing, then the other family wouldn't have the same privilege.
