I wish I could give negative stars. The teachers are really good, but this review reflects the leadership/enrollment team. I had 1.5 months of back up care CONFIRMED at BH-Woodinville a month earlier, but 2 business days before care started, ALL of my CONFIRMED back up care was CANCELLED w/ no explanation and no alternative. I immediately call Back Up care, who reached out to the center and found out that BH-Woodinville CANCELLED my CONFIRMED back up care (confirmed a month earlier) to accommodate a new full time customer ... read more
